Built from a passion for helping people stay active, independent and confident, DIY Training was created to make movement more accessible for everyday people at every stage of life.
After years working in Exercise Physiology, fitness education and with mature movers in home and care environments, I saw firsthand how much the right support, encouragement and guidance can change someone’s quality of life. I also saw how many people felt left behind by traditional fitness spaces that were intimidating, unrealistic or simply not built for them.
That is why DIY Training exists.
