WHY DIY TRAINING EXISTS


DIY Training The Brain & Body Movement Experience was built on a simple belief.

Movement should be accessible, enjoyable and meaningful for everyone.


As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, fitness educator and lifelong advocate for healthy living, I have seen firsthand how movement can improve confidence, independence and quality of life. I have also seen how many people feel left behind by traditional fitness environments that can feel intimidating, unrealistic or disconnected from everyday life.


That is why DIY Training was created.


DIY Training combines movement, learning, entertainment, community and real stories into one experience. The goal is not simply to help people exercise. The goal is to help people stay curious, connected, inspired and engaged while moving their bodies and challenging their minds.


Through DIY Training TV, people can participate in exercise sessions, brain challenges, trivia activities, real-life interviews, adventures, expert discussions, talent showcases and community stories. Every edition is designed to create a positive experience that encourages people to move more, think more and live more fully.


This is much bigger than one person or one fitness program.


My vision is to build a global community where movement becomes part of everyday life. A place where older adults, families, health professionals, fitness enthusiasts, creators, storytellers and everyday people can come together to share experiences, learn from one another and inspire positive change.


That is why community participation is so important.


The Talent Show Edition is designed to celebrate the unique skills, passions and stories that make people extraordinary. The True Story Edition gives people an opportunity to share their experiences, challenges and victories. The Expert Edition allows professionals from a wide range of industries to share knowledge that can improve people's lives. Future editions will continue to expand as the community grows and new opportunities emerge.

DIY Training is not intended to be a one-way platform where people simply watch content.


It is designed to be a community-driven movement where people contribute ideas, share stories, participate in challenges, showcase talents, collaborate on projects and help shape the future direction of the experience.


I cannot build that future alone.


DIY Training welcomes collaboration with health professionals, educators, community organisations, content creators, performers, athletes, carers, volunteers and anyone who believes in helping people live healthier, happier and more connected lives.

Whether you want to share your story, showcase a talent, contribute expertise, collaborate on a project or simply be part of the journey, there is a place for you here.
